Meet Ali Elliott
Ali Elliott founded The Farmer Foodie LLC, as her food blog in January 2020 to share her lifelong passion for recipe creation and sustainable organic food. She is a plant-forward recipe and product developer. Many of her recipes were inspired by her four year career as the Education Director at McEnroe Organic Farm in Millerton, NY (2017-2020). Since 2020, Ali has published over 180 original sustainable recipes.
Ali is a passionate solo social entrepreneur. Ali has her MBA in Social Impact and an MA in Sustainable International Development from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
Ali launched her first product, Everything Cheeze, on May 17, 2022 through eateverythingcheeze.com! Everything Cheeze is free from dairy, gluten, and soy. It’s a delicious grated Cashew Parm topping. Everything Cheeze is a highly differentiated product that can be used in lieu of Parmesan on foods like pizza, popcorn, or pasta, or in foods like risotto and soup. It can also be hydrated with hot water and blended into a creamy Queso, Ricotta, or Mac & Cheese in 30 seconds.
