Meet Alison Elliott: the founder of
The Farmer Foodie.
Alison is a food enthusiast and practices sustainable culinary methods. She shares her knowledge about sustainable vegetable production through her blog and social media outlets. Alison received her Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College in 2016. She majored in Anthropology and minored in Sustainability Studies and Religion Studies. Her desire to study sustainability led her to McEnroe Organic Farm, in Millerton NY where she was the Education Manager for four years. Currently, Alison is enrolled as a full-time student at Brandeis University. She is earning her MBA in social impact through The Heller School. Since childhood, Alison has been creative in the kitchen. She now shares her recipes for vegan and vegetarian meals here.
