Meet Alison Elliott: the founder of

The Farmer Foodie.

Alison is a food enthusiast and practices sustainable culinary methods. She shares her knowledge about sustainable vegetable production through her blog and social media outlets. Alison received her Bachelor of Arts from Muhlenberg College in 2016. She majored in Anthropology and minored in Sustainability Studies and Religion Studies where her primary focus was on Judaism and Buddhism. Her desire to study sustainability lead her to McEnroe Organic Farm where she was the Education Manager for four years.  Currently, Alison is enrolled as a full-time student in Brandeis University's MBA in social impact program. Since childhood, Alison has been creative in the kitchen. She now shares her recipes for vegan and vegetarian meals here.
