Directions for Everything Ricotta
Option 1: (Hydrate the whole bag)
In a food processor, combine 1 (7 oz) package of Everything Cheeze (which equals 2 c.) and 1/3 c. of boiling water. Blend for 30 seconds & enjoy.
Option 2: (Hydrate half the bag)
In a medium size bowl, combine 1 c. of Everything Cheeze and 3 tbsp. of boiling water. Mix the ingredients into Everything Ricotta with a fork for 15 seconds or until creamy and enjoy.
Once hydrated, store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Directions for Everything Queso
Option 1: (Hydrate the whole bag)
In a blender, combine 1 (7 oz) package of Everything Cheeze (which equals 2 c.) and 3/4 c. of boiling water. Blend for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Option 2: (Hydrate half the bag)
In a blender, combine 1 c. of Everything Cheeze and
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. of boiling water.
Blend for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Once hydrated, store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Directions for Everything Mac & Cheese Sauce
Option 1: (Hydrate the whole bag)
In a blender, combine 1 (7 oz) package of Everything Cheeze (which equals 2 c.) and 1 c. of boiling water. Blend for 30 seconds. Enjoy with 8-10 ounces of cooked pasta!
Optional: Reserve 1-2 tablespoons of Everything Cheeze and sprinkle it on top of the Mac & Cheese dish.
Option 2: (Hydrate half the bag)
In a blender, combine 1 c. of Everything Cheeze and 1/2 c. of boiling water. Blend Everything Cheeze for 30 seconds. Enjoy as a creamy sauce with 4-6 ounces of cooked pasta!
Optional: Reserve 1-2 tablespoons of Everything Cheeze and sprinkle it on top of the Mac & Cheese dish.

Option 3: Better "Boxed" Mac Recipe
Ingredients: 6 oz Dried pasta (option to use pasta from a box of Mac), 1/2 c. Reserved pasta water, 1/4 c. (2 oz) Everything Cheeze, and 1 tbsp. Plant-based butter (without palm oil)
Method: 1) Follow the instructions on the box of Mac and cook the noodles to your liking. 2) After the noodles are cooked, strain the pasta water and reserve 1/2 c. 3) Return the warm pasta to the pot and add 1/2 c. reserved pasta water, 1/4 c. of Everything Cheeze, and 1 tbsp. of plant-based butter. 4) Use a wooden spoon to mix the sauce evenly into the warm pasta. Option to stir the sauce into the noodles on a light simmer for 2-3 minutes. This will cook off any remaining liquid and make the Mac extra creamy! Serving Size: 2.5
