Avocado Toast


Total Time: 10 Minutes


Ingredients:

4 Slices bread (option to use GF bread)

2 Avocados (mashed)

1/4 c. Cherry tomatoes (sliced)

1/4 c. Snap peas (sliced)

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Nutritional yeast

1 tbsp. Olive oil


Method:

Toast the slices of bread in the oven. In a small bowl combine the mashed avocado, salt, and pepper. Stir the ingredients together and then add 1/4 of the mixture to each slice of bread. Top the toast off with the sliced cherry tomatoes and snap peas. Next, sprinkle on the nutritional yeast and drizzle on the olive oil.
