Baked Maple Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

1 Acorn squash

2 tbsp. Vegan butter (or regular butter)

2 tbsp. Maple syrup (or brown sugar)

Preheat the oven to 400. Slice the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in both half. Bake for 45 minutes.
