Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo Cauliflower Ingredients:

1 Head cauliflower florets

1/2 tbsp. olive oil

2-3 tbsp. buffalo sauce

1-2 tbsp. vegan parmesan


Preheat the oven to 400. Lay the cauliflower on a baking dish and drizzle on the olive oil. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Stir in the buffalo sauce. Bake for another 5 minutes. Top the cauliflower off with the vegan parmesan.


Vegan Parmesan Ingredients:

1 c. Roasted and salted cashews

1/4 c. Nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Onion powder

1/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp. Pepper


Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Blend them for 2 minutes to create the vegan parmesan.
