Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo Cauliflower Ingredients:

1 Head cauliflower florets

1/2 tbsp. olive oil

2-3 tbsp. buffalo sauce

1-2 tbsp. vegan parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 400. Lay the cauliflower on a baking dish and drizzle on the olive oil. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Stir in the buffalo sauce. Bake for another 5 minutes. Top the cauliflower off with vegan parmesan cheese.
