Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/2 c. Flour

1 tsp. Baking soda

1 tsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 c. Rolled oats

2 Sticks of unsalted butter (melted)

1/2 c. Sugar

1 c. Dark brown sugar

2 tsp. Vanilla

2 Eggs

1 c. Butterscotch chips


Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and rolled oats. In a large bowl whisk together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix them together well. Add the butterscotch chips. Form the cookie dough balls with your hands and lay them on two baking sheets. Bake the cookies for 14 minutes.
