Edible Soup Bowl

Ingredients:

1 Kabocha squash


Method:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the kabocha squash into two halves. I cut the squash horizontally where the stem is on one half and the bottom is on the other half. Scoop out the seeds and compost them. Bake the squash for 40 minutes. Serve the bowl warm with homemade soup. I like to serve my honeynut squash soup in a kabocha squash bowl.
