Healthy Apple Peanut Butter Crisp

1 Apple (sliced)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 c. oats

Preheat the oven to 400. In a small microwavable bowl combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, coconut oil, and oil. Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds. Place the apple in a (single serving) baking dish. Top the apples with the peanut butter oat mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
