Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

8 Ounces pasta (cooked)

3 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)

1 c. Parmesan cheese

3 c. Whole milk

1/4 c. Butter

3 tbsp. Flour

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 tsp. Onion powder


Preheat the oven to broil. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and once it absorbs the butter slowly add the milk. Once you have stirred in all of the milk, add the cheese: 1 cup parmesan and 2 cups of cheddar. Next add the spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat and add the cooked pasta. Stir the cheese and the pasta together. Place the mac and cheese in a baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Place the mac and cheese in the oven for 1-3 minutes and watch carefully while the cheese turns to a golden brown.
