Maple Mixed Nuts

These are so easy to make and taste so delicious. They are perfect for a holiday gathering!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Total Time: 25 Minutes


1/2 Stick vegan butter (or regular butter)

1/3 c. Maple syrup

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/4 tsp. Ginger powder

1 c. Pecans

1 c. Walnuts

1 c. Hazelnuts

1 c. Almonds

1 c. Pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp. Chia seeds

1 tbsp. Hemp hearts


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with compostable parchment paper or grease it with additional vegan butter or oil.

Put the 1/2 stick of vegan butter in a large microwavable bowl and heat for 45 seconds. Remove from the microwave and add the maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger powder and mix together. Next, add the pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, and hemp hearts and stir together. Pour the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Let the nuts cool before serving or storing them.
