Matcha Green Protein Smoothie


1 c. Spinach

1 c. Frozen pineapple

1c. Ice

2 Bananas

1 & 1/2 c. Plant milk

1 tbsp. Hemp hearts

1 tbsp. Chia seeds

1 tbsp. Matcha

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix well for 3 minutes. Option to enjoy with additional chia seeds sprinkled on top and a couple spinach leaves.

Yields 2 smoothies
