Mushroom Avocado Toast

4 Baby bella mushrooms (sliced)

1 Garlic clove (minced)

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1 tbsp. Olive oil

1 tbsp. Tamari (or soy sauce)

1 Avocado (mashed)

2 Slices of bread

1 tsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp. sriracha (optional)

Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add the salt and pepper and remove from heat. Toast the bread. Add the mashed avocado to the bread. Add the mushrooms to the top of the toast. Add the red pepper flakes and sriracha, if desired.
