Nut Free Vegan Parmesan

This recipe is made with hemp hearts. They do not need to be refrigerated and they are packed with plant protein!

Prep Time: 1 Minute

Cook Time: 2 Minutes

Total Time: 3 Minutes


Ingredients:

3/4 c. Hemp Hearts

1/2 c. Nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Onion powder

1/4 tsp. Red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 tsp. Pepper


Method:

Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Blend for 1 minute and pulse for 1 minute. Store in the pantry for up to 2 months. Enjoy on pasta, avocado toast, vegetables and much more.
