Oatmeal Blueberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

I like to start my day with a wholesome smoothie. I particularly enjoy this recipe because of the plant protein from the oats and peanut butter. It keeps me going for hours!

Total Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 Frozen banana

1 c. Frozen blueberries

1/4 c. Organic rolled oats (gluten free)

1 c. Plant milk (I use soy)

1 c. Water

1 tbsp. Smooth peanut butter

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes or until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
