Peanut Butter Chia Overnight Oats

Total Time: 5 Minutes + Set Overnight


Ingredients:

1 c. Gluten free organic rolled oats

1 c. Gluten free organic oat milk (or other plant milk)

1 tbsp. Chia seeds

1 tbsp. Hemp hearts

1 tbsp. Maple syrup

1 tbsp. Peanut butter

1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Optional topping:

1/4 c. Freshly sliced strawberries


Method:

Combine the oats, plant milk, chia seeds, hemp hearts, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla in a mason jar. Mix the ingredients together well with a spoon. Cover the mason jar and let the oats sit in the fridge overnight.


Option to top the oats with freshly cut strawberries in the morning.
