Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:

15 Large Strawberries

2 c. Chocolate chips (melted)

Sprinkles for decoration (optional)


Lay down parchment paper on a baking sheet. In a small pan melt the chocolate chips. Remove the chocolate from the heat. Dip each strawberry individually. Lay the wet berries onto the (compostable) parchment paper. If you are going to decorate the berries with sprinkles add the sprinkles while the chocolate on the berries is wet. Once all of the berries are covered with chocolate and decorated put them in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
