Ramp Pesto


Prep Time: 5-10 Minutes (If you need to wash the ramps)

Blend Time: 3 Minutes


Ingredients:

3 c. Sustainably foraged ramps

1 c. Olive oil

1/2 c. Raw cashews (whole/ unsalted)

1/2 c. Nutritional yeast

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper


Method:

Wash your foraged ramps.


Combine all of the ingredients in the food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes or until the pesto is smooth.


Serving Size: 1 Large Bowl of Pasta
