Sesame Shishito Peppers

Ingredients:
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Green bell pepper (sliced)
15 Shishito peppers
2 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Ginger powder
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Ginger salt (or regular salt)
1 tsp. Sesame seeds
Heat 1 tbsp. of sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and green bell pepper and sauté for 3 minutes. Add 1 tbsp. of sesame oil and the shishito peppers and sauté for 5-8 minutes. Add the ginger powder, garlic powder, ginger salt and stir the mixture. Turn the heat off and add the soy sauce and sesame seeds. Serve while it is hot.
