Spicy Guacamole

4 Avocados (mashed)

1 Red onion (chopped)

4 Cloves of garlic (minced)

1/4 c. Cilantro (chopped)

1 Large tomato (chopped)

1/2 Red bell pepper (chopped)

2 Jalapeños (chopped)

1 tsp. Jalapeño oil

2 tsp. Salt

2 tsp. Pepper

1 tsp. Red pepper flakes

1 tsp. Garlic powder

1 tsp. Cayenne powder

1/2 tsp. Cumin

1/2 tsp. Chili powder

1 Lime (juiced)

Jalapeño slices (for garnish, optional)

With a mortar and pestle, mash the avocado. Add the onion, garlic, cilantro, tomato, and bell pepper. Mix well. Add the jalapeño oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, cayenne powder, cumin, and chili powder. Mix into the guacamole. Squeeze the lime over the guacamole, add jalapeño slices (optional).
