Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
8 Ounces cream cheese
1/4 C. Sour cream
1/4 C. Mayonnaise (or vegan mayonnaise)
2 Cloves garlic (chopped)
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese (shredded)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 can Artichoke hearts (chopped & drained)
6 ounces Frozen spinach (defrosted & drained)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, salt & pepper in a small bowl. Mix the ingredients together with a fork. Add the parmesan and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Next add the chopped artichoke hearts and defrosted spinach. Mix the ingredients together well and transfer to a baking pan. Sprinkle an additional 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of the dip. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
