Tofu Scramble Breakfast Tacos with Asparagus and Everything Cheeze Queso

12 Corn tortilla (GF)
3/4 c. Fresh salsa (option to make Backyard Salsa)
1/4 c. Sriracha
1/4 c. Fresh cilantro
1 Lime (cut into six pieces)
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Click on the link to make theVegan Tofu Scramble with Asparagus . While that is cooking make the Everything Cheeze Vegan Queso. Once those recipes are prepared gather the additional ingredients: tortillas, salsa, and sriracha.
Lay the tortillas on a baking sheet and warm for 12-15 minutes (this step is optional).
Fill each tortilla with a generous amount of warm tofu scramble. Top each tortilla with 1 tbsp. of salsa, 1 tbsp. of vegan queso, and 1 tsp. of sriracha.
Option to garnish the tacos with freshly chopped cilantro and a lime wedge. Serve the tacos warm.
