Vegan Sweet Potato Fries with a Garlic Lemon Aioli


4 c. Canola (or sunflower oil)

3 Sweet potatoes sliced into thin fries

1/2 tbsp. Salt

After you cut the fries let them soak in cold water for 5 minutes. Heat the oil in a large soup pot. Add the cut sweet potatoes. Fry for 15 minutes. Continue to stir the fries as they are cooking. Remove the fries from the pot and add the salt.


1/4 c. Vegan mayonnaise

3 Cloves of garlic (minced)

1/2 Lemon (juiced)

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 tsp. Onion powder

1 tbsp. Olive oil

Stir together all of the ingredients.

Enjoy the fries with the garlic lemon aioli.
