Vegan Tofu Scramble Breakfast Burritos

These are seriously tasty! You will want to make this once a week.

Total Time: 45 Minutes


Ingredients:

3 ripe Avocados

3 tbsp. Sriracha (optional)

1 Serving Vegan Tofu Scramble

1/3 c. Serving Vegan Queso

6 Burrito tortillas


Method:

Prepare the vegan tofu scramble first. This should take 25 minutes. Next, prepare the vegan queso, which should take 10 minutes. Then, slice the avocados. Lay out your tortillas and scoop 1 tbsp. of vegan queso into each tortilla and spread it with the spoon. Option to add 1/2 tbsp. of sriracha sauce to each tortilla. Then, add 1/2 sliced avocado to each tortilla. Finally, scoop 1/6 of the tofu scramble mixture into each tortilla and wrap the burritos. Option to reheat the burritos in a frying pan (1-2 minutes per side).
