Wild Blueberry, Maple, Peanut Butter Oats


Ingredients:

1 c. Water

1/2 c. Quick organic oats

1/2 c. Frozen wild blueberries

1 tbsp. Maple syrup

2 tbsp. Peanut butter

Fresh blueberries (optional for garnish)

In a sauce pan combine the water and oats. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes. While the oats are cooking add the blueberries, maple syrup and 1 tbsp. of peanut butter. Once the oats are done remove them from the heat and place them in a bowl. Add another tbsp. of peanut butter to the top of the dish as well as a few fresh blueberries.
